User journey

User experience & design

The Mental Health Mobile Application was envisioned as an accessible and user-friendly platform designed to empower individuals to manage their mental health at their own pace. The concept aimed to condense therapeutic experiences into a seamless mobile interface, offering step-by-step guidance for mental well-being.The app idea was shaped through collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavioral scientists, ensuring that the content would be based on scientifically validated treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. These experts worked alongside UX/UI designers and mobile developers to conceptualize an intuitive, clinically effective solution for common mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep issues.By integrating professional insights and focusing on simplicity, the app ensures that users can easily navigate its features, even without prior mental health experience. This collaboration resulted in a tool that offers clinically effective support while remaining easy to use and accessible to all.
